How my journey began

Hi, I’m Eric Roth. In 2004, I started selling homes as a Realtor and also began investing in properties. When the Real Estate market crashed in 2009, I became upside-down with $500,000 in debt. Being stubborn (and naive) I slowly dug my way out over the next 15 years. Since 2004, I’ve helped hundreds rent & sell their properties.

I’m a Las Vegas native, played football for Western High School, UNLV grad with a BSBA in Finance. In my free time, play hide ‘n seek with the kids, date nights with Erica, podcasts on neuro science, investing, UFC, and Yoga.
